Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  There is a $25.00 fee per pet for missing an appointment.  This fee is to encourage our clients to take their appointments as seriously as we do.  This time is reserved for your pet(s) and, if you fail to keep the appointment, we are unable to accommodate other patients.

Returned Check Fee:  There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.  This fee, along with the amount of the original check, is due in cash within one week of notification by our office.

Payment Options:   For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, Debit Cards, Cash and Checks. We also offer the services of CARE CREDIT, our financing partner.
Contagious Diseases:
When you call in because your pet is coughing or has an odd rash for example, or you have a puppy with diarrhea, or a cat with upper respiratory symtoms, you will be asked to keep your pet in your car until the doctor or a technician can determine if your pet has an overly contagious disease. This is how we keep the risks of spreading serious illness between patients to a minimum. When hospital care is needed for pets with diseases that can be transmitted easily to other pets they stay in our ISOLATION WARD. Personnel change outerwear on the way into the ward, removing it and disinfecting their hands and feet on the way out.
SAFETY:
For your safety and the safety of others, please keep your pet on a leash or confined to a carrier or other containment device.

During the examination and/or treatment, kindly allow our trained staff to restrain your pet to prevent accidental escape or injury to anyone.
